The Ph.D. candidates connected county and national population data to postcode areas on a heat map. Engagement campaigns are aimed at concentrations of high-risk residents via social media, local ads, and in-person outreach. Hampshire County Council consults the heat map for testing, vaccination, and mitigation efforts.
