The City of Huber Heights partnered with ALT Architecture to open "The Barn" a new space for non-profit organizations to host events. The city made $100,000 worth of improvements to the barn after purchasing the 52-acre property in which it resides. The city contracts with non-profits to use the space for a weekend for free, recommends local food trucks, and promotes the events on all of its social media accounts.
