Charts show how business responses have changed to biweekly questions about recovery fund use, net revenues, and staff changes. A Vulnerability Index rates economic conditions in 13 towns and cities. This index created in partnership with Strategic Commissioning Analytics accounts for factors like business births, employment rate, and universal credit claims.
