The City of North Vancouver launched CityServe, a new online service centre, to provide real-time information and faster processing. The upgraded software digitizes the applications, permits and licensing processes to improve data security and reduce the need for in-person appointments. Users can check their application status, pay for permitting and licensing fees, apply for or renew dog licenses, etc. The City plans to expand the service to include inspection scheduling and more license types.
