The parking lot's 81 electric vehicle chargers are the most in a single location in the country. A 720-panel rooftop solar installation provides all of the garage's power and eliminates 53 tons of annual emissions. Car park patrons are guided to the closest vacant spots by signs and lights informed by sensor data. Exterior doors at the transit station only open when buses are fully parked; thus reducing heat loss while keeping commuters safe and warm.
