Paterson, NJ launched mobile app for resident complaints
Paterson launched the "Paterson Plus" mobile app which allows residents to send anonymous complaints to the city. These complaints include unfilled potholes, loud noises, public waste, etc. The city has trained 40 municipal employees to respond to these requests 24 hours a day.

Residents of Paterson, New Jersey can now easily report potholes, illegal dumping, street light or street sign requests, and numerous other problems that need attention through PATERSON PLUS. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions from which to choose. Residents can upload pictures or videos to accompany the request and will be notified directly of updates to the requests they or other members of the community have submitted. Residents can also call Constituent Services (973-742-INFO) for information on any municipal service or to report a problem.
