The City of Philadelphia is partnering with Wilco Electronic Systems to launch the Philadelphia Household Internet Assessment survey. The survey is designed to provide accurate data relating to how many local households lack internet access or rely on low bandwidth connections. The survey will also help the city learn about respondents' awareness of the city's available internet options, barriers to access, and how to best incorporate the user experience into digital equity solutions.
