This program is designed to encourage environmentally-friendly lifestyles with financial incentives. Eligible items for the program include washable diapers and reusable feminine hygiene products. The assistance consists of a subsidy of 50% of the cost of the purchase before taxes, up to a maximum subsidy of $100 per user.
