The City of San Francisco's Department of Technology created a centralized, secure, and highly available sign-on portal for employees, retirees, suppliers, and residents to access critical applications in a single dashboard. By moving identity services to the cloud using Oracle Identity and Access Management, the department was able to improve their system integration across agencies and provide a robust tool for reporting and scaling insights.

The city now has more than 60 dashboards with sub-reports & sub-dashboards for faster user access.
