Sutherland Shire, NSW Development Application Improvement

Complete

The council's customized Trapeze interface moves applications from submission to assignment in one business day. Development Assessment officers use the interface to layer zoning, water, and environmental maps on top of proposed developments. Relevant departments access application notes and expedite approval decisions with digital stamps. Sutherland Shire also moved from multiple paper applications per project to one digital and one paper copy after integrating the software.
