The Municipality of Taranto launched "Virtual Desk" a digital transition of services provided by SUE (building practices) and SUAP (productive activities). The first phase included three technologies: the pagoPA payment platform, the IO smartphone app, and the SPID digital identification system. The virtual counter allows residents to easily access collection services including banking and postal services directly form the municipality's website.
