Ulster County, NY launched COVID-19 Recovery Service Center
Ulster County launched the Ulster County Recovery Service Center to support residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Recovery Service Center is staffed by specially-trained members of numerous Ulster County departments in order to provide a single point of contact. The Recovery Service Center remains operational at all times by using self-service tools including a COVID-19 chat bot in addition to live agents.
