Planning

Wellington City Council is setting a goal to become a "Zero Carbon Capital". The Council adopted a list of possible initiatives to cut carbon emissions called the Te Atakura blueprint after receiving feedback from residents. The Council's next step is to narrow down the list of initiatives based on the cost of implementation and the potential for cutting carbon emissions for each initiative.
