The City of White Rock's Recreation and Culture Department launched online recreation videos to help residents remain active during the COVID-19 pandemic. Users were encouraged to complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (2020 PAR-Q+) before accessing the videos. The city offered a selection of its most popular fitness classes each approximately 30 minutes long with minimal equipment requirements.
