Each Let's Innovate round asks for local business proposals on a single theme. Applicants are only limited in their proposals by the theme and a £5,000 budget. Five finalists present their ideas to a panel of experts and an audience during a Let's Innovate gathering. The project receiving the most votes from attendees receives funding for implementation. The first Let's Innovate theme sought creative health, wellbeing, and recreation services for unpaid carers.
