Wirral and Simpson Associates will take a multi-stage approach to developing an in-house modeling platform for strategic planning. The first step uses synthetic data for staff training on the Fabric-based solution. Borough departments will determine use cases for data analytics before testing machine learning solutions. This project aims for reliable predictions of neighborhood-level service needs and demographic trends.
