Women supported by the council's Glen Isla and Glen Cova Projects receive free access to Hollie Guard Extra. This premium app provides around-the-clock mobile phone monitoring for users facing threats of violence. Phones equipped with the app activate their cameras and microphones for evidence of criminal activities. Hollie Guard Extra transmits the phone's location to local authorities and emits light and sound to deter perpetrators.
