Clackamas County is using Esri's GIS mapping software to facilitate mobile COVID vaccines for residents with mobility issues, senior citizens, young adults with autism, etc. The County used the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app to input appointment requests and generate a location with patient information. The County used the ArcGIS Workforce mobile app to develop an interactive map which showcases physical routes for all upcoming vaccine appointments to help nurses plan their daily routes.
