Folkestone & Hythe District Council launched "MyAccount" an online system that consolidates personalised council related information for residents. Users are able to instantly review relevant information such as bin collections, local councillors, and benefits. Users are also able to make council tax payments online and virtually contact the Council's waste team for street cleaning or missed bins. The Council plans to introduce more services to the mobile-friendly platform over time.
