The Municipality of Grosseto's Tourism Service is asking external investigators and researchers to help evaluate and improve the tourist development of the area. The objective is to create a tool for the real-time monitoring, surveying, and measuring of digital appeal indexes for tourist destinations. The tool would need to evaluate the opinions expressed by users on the main websites in reference to various services including retail locations, vacation rentals, restaurants, etc.
