The City of Ottawa is developing a Digital Twin project, a sophisticated 3D geospatial visualization tool nicknamed "Otwin," created by the Geospatial Analytics, Technology and Solutions unit. This dynamic electronic model integrates high-resolution imagery, data analytics, 3D laser scanning, and virtual reality to produce photorealistic, interactive representations of the city.
