Predictive traffic platform to improve bus reliability

Brighton & Hove City Council appointed Aimsun and Yunex Traffic to deliver a traffic digital twin for the city centre, aimed at bus reliability on the Lewes Road and Valley Gardens corridors. It combines live data from Yunex's Stratos and UTC-UX systems with Aimsun Live to predict traffic up to 60 minutes ahead. The project is funded through the council's Bus Service Improvement Grant.
