Guelph, ON expands transit possibilities for residents with on-demand bus service
Guelph, ON On-Demand Bus Service Transit Residents
The new service allows Guelph commuters to request a shuttle ride using a mobile app. On-demand trips cost the same as fixed-route rides and stop anywhere within city limits. Guelph Transit operates the program Monday through Saturday. Community members shared where they would take on-demand rides during the program's planning stage. An interactive map with user-generated pins led to virtual bus stops helpful for vehicle and driver scheduling.
