The cities of Kortrijk, Tournai, and Roubaix collaborated to create the free Tripster chat tourism service. The Tripster team consists of a group of enthusiastic, local city ambassadors which residents and visitors can contact with specific tourist questions via the chat function on the Tripster website. The Tripster service was designed as part of an overarching approach to promote cross-border tourism and make it more accessible to everyone.
