The county's Care Capacity Team created an easy-to-use database for residential and in-home care providers. Regular updates on protective gear, food, and medical supplies were sent to Lancashire County. Daily calls between team members and participating providers targeted the allocation of resources. The Care Capacity Tracker was used by 90% of eligible providers in its first year, producing a clear picture of carer needs.
