The COVID-19 Response Team website housed a self-assessment survey for concerned users. City officials worked with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to respond with telehealth sessions and prescription deliveries. Langford also dispatched medical professionals to conduct in-home testing for symptomatic residents.
