Laval, QC experimented with e-bike sharing at public transit stations
Laval, QC Public Transit E-Bike Sharing Pilot
The city partnered with Bewegen to station 40 electric bikes at four transit stations. Riders were able to leave the e-bikes close to participating stations without docking thanks to built-in GPS. There were per-ride, monthly, and seasonal passes available during the three-month trial with passes covering rides up to 45 minutes per session.
