Priorities were identified and narrowed through the Commonplace platform and at local assemblies. Borough officials approved final projects based on suggestions from residents. This biennial initiative relies on the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) - a tax applied to development projects - for funding.
