Los Angeles, CA Good2GoBikes pilot provides micro-mobility options for public housing development
Los Angeles, CA Good2GoBikes Micromobility Housing Pilot
City-funded Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) selected Rancho San Pedro based on its high reliance on public transit. Project partner Pedal Movement operates an off-grid charging hub for a fleet of 20 e-bikes and e-cargo bikes. Rancho San Pedro residents can access bikes by the hour or with monthly passes using a dedicated mobile app. This four-year pilot is funded by the statewide Clean Mobility Options program and complements a recently extended EV car share pilot in the development.
