Mons (Bergen), WHT Participatory Budgeting Collaboration

Mons residents aged 16 and older could submit ideas for public projects over a two-month period. Eligible projects aimed for positive effects on urban design, social equality, and environmental health. A jury comprised of randomly selected residents and experts along with an online public vote determined which projects shared 135,000 euros. Qualifying proposals that don't receive funding were placed on the Proximity platform for further discussion and cross-sector collaboration.
