Audacy, creativity and innovation in a public administration

After months of work, i had the privilege of presenting a new innovation policy intended to stimulate change and innovation throughout the municipal administration of Morin-Heights. Every department is being allowed yearly a certain budget in order to create projects based on staff ideas and intended to improve citizen services and experience with the administration. Every project is evaluated with all knowkedge and lessons drawn from these are being shared between all departments.
