Mouscron, WHT COVID-19 social and health services

The city of Mouscron created the Social Affairs and Health service to help elderly and isolated residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. The service provides residents with assistance for essential shopping, medication delivery, administrative procedures, etc. Resident requests are processed by social workers over the phone, via the free helpline, and transferred to available volunteers.
