The council included new features over nine months of development for increased accessibility. Narrandera established weekly challenges over a 12-week period that encouraged user navigation of the website. The kick-off challenge involved using one of the site's four comment forms for a test response. Participants were entered into a drawing for $100 AUD shopping vouchers after completing surveys about their site experiences.

The redeveloped Narrandera Shire Council website is active and ready for the community to start engaging. We want to hear from you about usability, aesthetics and any issues. Now is the best time to give your feedback and help us make the site as user friendly and interactive as possible. This project has been nine months in the making, working with the successful tenderers Demonz Media. The site will constantly be updated with new information on areas such as projects, events, community consultation and news.
