Norfolk County launched the Recycle Coach mobile app to help residents keep track of their waste collection schedule. Users can also receive customized collection reminders, contact information for drop-off depots, disposal information for thousands of different items, and report issues to county officials. The County saves advertising resources by using the app to directly communicate with the community on the topic of waste management.
