Nottingham, the University of Nottingham, and Hello Lamp Post placed signage at 40 public locations throughout the city. Residents are prompted to scan QR codes or text HELLO PARK to a designated number to begin conversations. An AI-powered chatbot asks location-specific questions and seeks feedback based on participant responses. Project leaders will analyze anonymous responses from the one-year campaign for community-driven suggestions on achieving carbon neutrality by 2028.
