Oxfordshire County Council, GB tests integrated drone and electric vehicle deliveries at Milton Park

Oxfordshire County Council, GB Integrated Drone Vehicle

Complete

The pilot simulated scenarios like a RUAS drone delivery of a defibrillator and electric van deliveries. Project leaders controlled drone flights with the Airbus Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) system. Milton Park was selected because its street traffic and building density created real-world challenges for delivery technology. Oxfordshire County Council conducted the pilot as part of its participation in the Harmony low-carbon transportation initiative.
