The city council worked with Arterra Interactive to develop the 3D model. A two-minute video shows the current cityscape from above before adding high rises, parks, and other capital projects. Viewers see how 30 current and future projects will move Parramatta into the future. Projects represented in the flythrough include a renovated train station, an improved Bankwest Stadium, and the Civic Link green space.
