PTBOnDemand is an on-demand transit service operating in Peterborough's downtown, east, and southeast neighborhoods. A Via-powered app handles ride requests, dynamic vehicle routing, and vehicle tracking. The service uses current bus stops as pick-up and drop-off locations with the potential for virtual stops based on user needs. Journeys on the Pink Community Bus are free through April 2022 with standard transit fares applied starting on May 1, 2022.
