Complete

The Municipality of Purmerend installed a new voting booth which allows residents with visual impairments to vote independently. The voting booth uses a voting mold with tactile numbers and Braille that was developed specifically for the ballot paper. The voting booth uses headphones to explain which parties and candidates are on the list. The municipality's polling stations have staff available at all times to provide additional support when needed.
