Rovaniemi, FI Echo Card event access pilot

The City of Rovaniemi is conducting a pilot of the Echo Card to improve access to cultural sites and sports services for low-income individuals. The Echo Card provides customers in difficult financial situations with free tickets to participating cultural and sports events. The goal of the pilot is to improve opportunities for residents to engage with local culture and attend city events. Cardholders can also purchase free tickets for children under the age of 16 for the same event.
