The City of Saint-Jérôme launched "Voila!" its citizen portal giving residents the opportunity to submit permit applications and tax payments online. Residents can register online for the municipal tax bill and replace their paper-based tax bill with an environmentally-friendly alternative. Users can also submit permit applications through the portal for residential expansions, septic installations, tree felling, etc.
