The Municipality of Santo André's Department of Education partnered with Craisa, a regional integrated supply company, to launch the Merenda Legal program. The program allows guardians of students to receive WhatsApp communications regarding the nutritional information of school meals. The program also tailors meals for students with specific nutritional needs such as celiac disease, diabetes, allergies, obesity, intolerances, etc.
