The City of Sioux Falls is launching a new app making it easier for the public to engage with the city to resolve common service requests.
Project Succeeded
The app has been a complete success for the city. They have already fulfilled more than 10,000 service requests through the app. The city received less than 3,000 pothole requests in 2018 and they have seen more than 6,000 pothole requests in 2019.
