St. Louis allocated federal ARPA funding for a pilot that improves connections to health services, offices, and entertainment venues. Local company Labyrinth Smart Mobility operates two electric shuttles in a pilot zone covering the riverfront to 20th Street. Riders hail or use the TripShot mobile app to request free rides anywhere within the service area. STL Downtown Link operates from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays through December 2022.
