The council's hotline is available each weekday by calling 03 8290 1439. Specially trained agents help residents find testing locations and understand public service changes. Hotline users can also request information about state and national financial assistance. Agents refer callers in need of medical care to Star Health Group. Stonnington's Customer Operations, Community and Wellbeing, and Technology teams collaborated on the hotline.
