An updated version expanded request options to include hydrant meter rentals, sewer backup payments, and other water-related services. Residents can follow the progress of their requests from delivery to fulfillment through the portal's tracker.

It allows citizens to submit service requests easily, report non-emergencies and track submissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Today, the City is adding additional services to the tool that will make requests even easier for citizens, all with the click of a mouse.
