Service Vaughan automatically routes non-emergency requests to relevant departments. The initial version of Service Vaughan focused on six request types including missed garbage collections and road maintenance. An updated version expanded request options to include hydrant meter rentals, sewer backup payments, and other water-related services. Residents can follow the progress of their requests from delivery to fulfillment through the portal's tracker.

Service Vaughan is the City’s online reporting tool – and it’s expanding. It allows citizens to submit service requests easily, report non-emergencies and track submissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Today, the City is adding additional services to the tool that will make requests even easier for citizens, all with the click of a mouse.
