Waterford City and County Council, IE housing interviews
Waterford City and County Council improved its social housing application process for new applicants. Any resident with a completed application and the necessary documents can now self-book their own assessment interview on the Council's website. This new service option underwent a successful 3-month trial run in 2019 before the Council implemented it into the standard housing application process.
