Westminster, CO autonomous shuttle food delivery pilot

In Progress

The City of Westminster partnered with EasyMile and US Ignite to launch a fully autonomous shuttle for regularly scheduled deliveries to a local food bank. The pilot project involves transporting food from the city's MAC recreation center to the Growing Home food pantry. The MAC recreation center was converted into a food distribution center due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The EZ10 driverless shuttle transports 400 pounds of food and supplies twice every morning across a one-mile route.
