Aberdeen City Council, GB "H2 Aberdeen" hydrogen bus fleet
Aberdeen City Council launched the Aberdeen Hydrogen Bus project as part of the "H2 Aberdeen" initiative to develop a local hydrogen economy. The Council partnered with First Group and Stagecoach to operate its fleet of 10 hydrogen buses which have traveled over a million miles. The hydrogen buses only emit water vapors which reduces carbon emissions, air pollution, and noise pollution.
