KKVV encompasses the entire rental process from applications through move-out inspections. Tenants easily communicate with their landlords in the app about issues ranging from lost keys to mold. City officials, KKVV, and the Arnhem Landlords Association scheduled two sessions with interested landlords about the app and best rental practices.

De gemeente Arnhem biedt verhuurders van kamers en woningen 2 jaar lang gratis een app, waarmee zij het beheren van woningen makkelijker en vooral beter en veiliger kunnen regelen.
